Who we are

This site is operated by МЕРМЕР ФУУДС ООД (MERMER FOODS LTD), a limited liability company (OOD) registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under company number (EIK) 208508497, with registered seat at ul. Our approach

Cookies and similar browser storage fall into three categories: strictly necessary (needed for the site and the shop to work), analytics (measuring how the site is used) and marketing (advertising and audience measurement). Strictly necessary storage is always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

What we store

• Strictly necessary — Shopify (_shopify_essential, _shop_app_essential, cart_currency, localization): keep your session, your cart currency and your chosen country and language. Always active.
• Cart — session storage (yoppy-cart): remembers the cases in your cart for the length of your browser session, on this device only. Cleared automatically when the session ends.
• Language — local storage (mermer-language): remembers the language you selected.
• Analytics and marketing — Shopify (_shopify_y, _shopify_s, _shopify_analytics, _shopify_marketing): Shopify's own first-party analytics, used to produce visitor and sales statistics for this shop. Set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
• Shopify Payments: checkout and card payment run on Shopify Payments, operated by Shopify, which sets its own strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention and payment security. Your card details go to Shopify Payments and its acquiring partners; we never see or store your full card number.
• Google Fonts, Cloudflare cdnjs: the site loads fonts and one script library from these providers. When your browser requests those files, the providers receive your IP address as part of the request.

Managing storage

You can clear this storage at any time from your browser's settings (usually under privacy or site data), and you can block or delete cookies for this site there as well. Clearing it removes your stored consent choice, along with your cart and your language choice. There is currently no button on the site to reopen the consent banner, so if you want to change or withdraw a choice you have already made, email info@mermerfoods.com and we will action it. Declining analytics and marketing does not affect browsing or ordering.
