1. Who we are

The YOPPY online shop is operated by МЕРМЕР ФУУДС ООД (MERMER FOODS LTD), a limited liability company (OOD) registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under company number (EIK) 208508497, VAT number BG208508497, with registered seat at ul. "Tsar Osvoboditel" 99, floor 6, 9700 Shumen, Bulgaria. Email: info@mermerfoods.com. Phone: +359 54 833 345. By placing an order through this site you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

YOPPY snacks are sold by the case (1 case = 12 bags of one flavor) at €11.88 per case (€0.99 per bag). Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable; any shipping cost is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices and the available range at any time — changes never affect orders already placed. Obvious pricing or listing errors do not bind us; if we discover one after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel at the correct price, and refund you in full if you cancel.

3. Orders and contract

You place an order by completing card payment at our checkout. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably need to — for example when a product is out of stock, payment cannot be completed, delivery to your address is not possible, or an error as described in section 2 has occurred. If we cancel, you are refunded in full without delay.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments, the checkout service operated by Shopify. You can pay by major debit and credit card, or with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details go directly to Shopify Payments and its acquiring partners over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship across Europe. Shipping is free for orders of 5 boxes or more; below that, a flat European shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout before payment. The available delivery destinations and the applicable cost for your address are always displayed at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us because the address you gave was incorrect, we will contact you before reshipping or refunding.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

We do not operate a returns programme. YOPPY snacks are sealed food, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds beyond the two situations set out below. Those two are your rights under EU law and we cannot exclude them.

Sealed food is exempt once opened. The right of withdrawal does not apply to bags that have been unsealed after delivery, for health-protection and hygiene reasons (Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). In practice this covers most of what we sell.

Unopened cases within 14 days. If your cases and bags are still in their original sealed packaging, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period by email to info@mermerfoods.com, stating your order details, and send the goods back to us at ul. "Tsar Osvoboditel" 99, floor 6, 9700 Shumen, Bulgaria within 14 days of your notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund the payments received from you for the withdrawn goods, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@mermerfoods.com — we will replace it or refund you, and you bear no return cost for our error. This is your statutory guarantee and nothing above affects it.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are liable for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract, and not for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Your statutory guarantee rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected in full.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the EU country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in that country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@mermerfoods.com — we will do our best to resolve it directly. You may also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the competent consumer authority in your country.
